Orders & Delivery

All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Photoholgic. We may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If Photoholgic requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Photoholgic, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.

Photoholgic or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Photoholgic as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Photoholgic to be authorised to receive the goods. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

Prices & Payment

For each online order, you must pay: 1. the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Photoholgic; and 2. the delivery and handling fee specified on the website at that time.

Your order details are safe and secure. At this stage we can only accept payments using the methods stated on the website. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Photoholgic are bound by the NSW Fair Trading obligations for product exchange and refund. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

  • is unsafe

  • is significantly different from the sample or description

  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Products

All our products are sent to you in good condition and well packaged. If an item arrives and has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you. Likewise if an item does not arrive we will ensure a replacement is sent.

Privacy

Photoholgic will not reveal your personal information to external organisations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order. We do not provide third parties with access to your personal data.

Photoholgic respects the Guidelines suggested by the Australian Direct Marketing Association, in it’s Code of Practice for Consumer Protection in ecommerce.

As a customer of Photoholgic you may receive occasional email communications from Andrew Barnes Photography that relate to the products we provide to you, and you will have the option to opt-out of all non-essential email and postal mail.

Changes To Terms

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Photoholgic may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.
